Sustainably grown in the icy, pristine waters of the Eyre Peninsula, the new season mussels will be in the Mediterranean style, with around 40-45 pieces per kilo. Full of meat, deliciously sweet, and perfect for winter menus.
Kinkawooka Mussels are one of the most sustainable seafood in the ocean, filtering up to 20L of seawater a day and requiring no feed. The operations also meet the National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia's (NASAA) Organic and Biodynamic Standards, ensuring a truly sustainable and environmentally friendly product.
