Description
Barramundi has a silky, buttery, rich, sweet flavor. It has white, medium-firm flesh. It is similar in flavor and texture to sea bass, snapper, and sole. They're also known to be fairly rich in omega-3 fatty acids, healthy fats, protein, vitamin D, vitamin A, sodium, and potassium. These fish also seem to have a relatively low content of harmful chemicals like mercury and PCBs.

The result is a great-tasting iconic Australian fish that is healthy, easy to prepare, and tastes great.
